What’s your idea worth spreading?
Indigenous Peoples are the original inventors, innovators and entrepreneurs of these lands and provide unique perspectives to present-day challenges and opportunities.
What is a significant accomplishment, and why is that important to you?
Through entrepreneurship, I was able to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner with my children for the first 5 years of their lives, before they started school. Being able to have this family/work life integration is important to me because it allowed me to support both passions in my life without compromising on either.
What are you passionate about?
- Making sure my kids have as much fun as possible 🙂
- Inspiring Indigenous youth to choose technology and/or entrepreneurship as a career path.
- Building a business that affects positive change for Indigenous Peoples, and the world.
What do you want people to take away from your TEDx talk?
Sometimes, innovation means looking back to go forward.
